The original tortilla frying block came out of mom’s kitchen. We were a family of 10, where the boys out numbered the girls 7 to 3. On Taco Fryday we went through a lot of corn shells and we all liked them crispy. The Taco Block, patent pending, is how mom made them to perfection without spending hours over the frying pan.
